Maison Premiere and Gramercy Tavern are teaming up for a one night only collab.

Round out the winter season and warm up with cocktails prepared by one of the many talented mixologists from celebrated local, national and international spirit brands, when Good Spirits returns to Pier A Harbor House on Thursday, March 8 at 6:00 p.m.

The evening is the chance to try out the many spirit offerings making their debut in the city, as well as the trusty and true—in one evening, under one roof.

This year the focus of Good Spirits will be on the women of the drinks world. Attendees will mingle with distillers, bartenders and business owners showcasing their latest concoctions. There will be a cocktail contest organized by Speed Rack and a “Spirited Women and Their Role in the Food and Beverage Industry” panel, featuring Liz Neumark of Great Performances, Ivy Mix of Speed Rack, Bridget Firtle of the Noble Experiment and Edible editor Ariel Lauren Wilson. A portion of proceeds will go toward the Breast Cancer Research Foundation.

It’s an all you can eat and drink evening with small plates from some of our favorite restaurants.

Also new this year is an extra-special pop-up: Williamsburg’s Maison Premiere will be teaming up with Gramercy Tavern to take over the Commissioner’s Bar and pay homage to the botanical flavors that are so popular in cocktails and spirits right now. The menu includes:

  • Bijou: Angostura Orange Bitters, Green Chartreuse, Cocchi Torino, Monkey 47
  • Diamondback: Angostura Orange Bitters, Green Chartreuse, Laird’s 7.5yr, Ragtime Rye
  • Lis Tigré: Bitter Truth Celery Bitters, Lemon Juice, Lemon-Thai Basil Cordial, Forthave Marseille, Monkey 47 Gin
  • Jubilee Stomp: Angostura Bitters, Ginger Syrup, Rapa Giovanni Liquore di Noci, Lime, Ragtime Rye
  • Rookoobay Royale: Lemon Cordial, Forthave Aperitivo, Mumm

“We’re planning on presenting a cocktail menu focused on aromatic, herbal and botanical-driven flavors and spirits,” says Gramercy Tavern bar manager Ben Howell. “We’re taking inspiration from Chartreuse, absinthe, gin, vermouth, and all things herbal and floral.”
