Chocoholics, Avert Your Eyes: Our Photo Slidehow of the Brooklyn Blackout Cake is a Killer

Our colleagues at Edible Brooklyn just profiled the world-famous, chocolatey-chocolate pudding-slathered Blackout cake made famous by Ebinger’s bakery, which closed in 1972. Luckily plenty of pastry chefs still make the ultra-dark creation, and their beauty with the beast was captured in these photos by photographer Stephen Gross.
