New York City Cider Week has finally (finally!) arrived. If you haven’t planned your cider-drinking festivities yet, never fear. Here are some must-attend events—both virtual and in-person—for every New York City cider-lover. The big apples are here in the Big Apple. Get your glasses out.

Tuesday, November 10, 5:00 p.m.
GRAFT CIDER & HUDSON NORTH CIDER – VIRTUAL TASTING
At 5 p.m., join @_saracher on the New York Cider Association’s YouTube channel for a tasting of Graft Cider and Hudson North Cider. This is a great opportunity to learn more about some of New York’s incredible cideries. Join in! This event is free.

Thursday, November 12, 5:00 p.m.
CIDER, CHEESE AND CHARCUTERIE!
Merchant’s Daughter Ciderworks will be hosting a virtual NYC Cider Week event featuring Tout le Fromage’s Sydney Thibault. Sydney Thibault’s cheese and charcuterie boards are the perfect complement to Merchant’s Daughter Ciderworks premium New York ciders. Join this event virtually though the YouTube channel and taste along. This event is free.

Saturday, November 14, 12:00 p.m.
VIRTUAL HARVEST WITH EVE’S CIDERY
Join Eve’s Cidery for a virtual look at the harvest, which will take place on the New York Cider Association’s YouTube channel. This small family cider farm, which is located in upstate New York, will walk viewers through the steps of harvest. This event is free.

Sunday, November 15, 12:00 p.m.
ANGRY ORCHARD VIRTUAL ORCHARD TOUR
Angry Orchard’s head cider maker, Ryan Burk, offers a virtual tour of this orchard, which is located in Walden, New York. This event will be broadcast live on the New York Cider Association’s YouTube channel. This event is free.

All Week
NYC CIDER WEEK TASTING DINNER @ ROUTE 66
At Route 66, which is located at 46 Stone Street, diners can enjoy a Cider Week tasting menu, which includes three courses, along with a featured cider for each course. New York cideries, like Naked Flock Cider, and Hudson North Cider, will be featured. The cost for this dinner is $35 and tickets are available online.

METAL HOUSE CIDER FLIGHTS @ HUERTAS
At Huertas, located at 107 1st Avenue, cider enthusiasts can sample a flight of three Metal House Ciders for $15, all week long. Each of the three ciders will be from a separate vintage and will be available by the glass, though bottles will also be available to go.

MURRAY’S CHEESE – CIDER AND CHEESE PAIRING
Does anything go better with cider than cheese? At Murray’s Cheese, at 28-30 Jackson Avenue in Long Island City, celebrate cider week with a weeklong cheese pairing. For Cider Week, the restaurant side of Murray’s Cheese Bar is offering an exclusive cider and cheese pairing flight, featuring two Naked Flock Ciders from Warwick, New York, paired with three cheesemonger-selected cheeses and their accompaniments. The flights serve two people and cost $30 and are available through November 15. They are available for takeout, dine-in, and delivery.
