For those of us with the attention span of a flea, speed dating has largely been replaced by Tinder and OKCupid. Of course the desire to minimize face time isn’t limited to intimate, personal relationships nowadays — speed coaching for entrepreneurs is very much a thing, and Goodwin Procter is hosting a free event on June 10 at 5:30 p.m. at 620 8th Ave. Register for your spot here.

The law firm is partnering with KIND, Inc., Samuel Adams Brewing the American Dream and Accion to host a networking event complete with a conversation with Daniel Lubetzky, founder of KIND, and a full hour of fifteen-minute consultations with representatives from participating organizations.

Speed coaching topics include digital branding, creative design and borrowing to grow a business. Participants will also gain access to information about Goodwin Procter’s Neighborhood Business Initiative, which offers pro bono business legal services to low income and inner city entrepreneurs.

Thinking of starting a brewery? Sam Adams will also be advising on beer labeling laws, and they’re running a nationwide series of speed coaching events. Catch them next in San Diego or Cleveland.
