On October 22, the third annual Edible Escape will bring food and drinks from around the world right here to Manhattan. As the event approaches, we thought it would be fun to tease you with a taste of what we’ll be serving. Above, check out some of the food highlights from last year’s event. Below, find a list of pumpkin-themed dishes three of our vendors will be serving at this year’s Edible Escape!

Edi and the Wolf + Seasonal Restaurant & Weinbar: fried goat cheese dumplings with butternut squash/pumpkin chutney and pumpkinseed pesto

The Splendid Spoon: pumpkin apple soup: roasted pumpkin from Glebocki Farms and apples from Red Jacket Orchards pureed with Saigon cinnamon, rosemary and spicy chiles

Marco Polo Ristorante: ravioli d’anatra: housemade ravioli stuffed with duck, porcini mushrooms, smoked mozzarella, finished with a buttermilk pumpkin sauce

For more information, check out our events page. A limited number of early bird tickets are still available, so buy your tickets soon!
