Copake Country Club Chef’s Tasting Dinner

Join Copake Country Club for their first ever Chef’s Tasting dinner, where their team will have some serious creative fun by presenting a multi-course tasting menu that is a complete stand-alone from regular offerings. They will pair three beverages during the meal to enhance your enjoyment. You’ll be seated at large tables with other food-loving neighbors so you can sip, savor & socialize all evening long. No decisions, no clean up, just a fantastic meal in good company. The chefs will tell you about their inspiration and be available to answer questions.
PLEASE NOTE:
The menu will NOT be published prior to the event, that’s part of the fun! Please arrive with an open mind, ready for an adventure. If you have specific food allergies, they will do their best to accommodate them if given 72 hours notice. Some courses may or may not have a vegan alternative available, which will only be offered if indicated with your ticket purchase.
Beverages: The paired beverages are intended to be alcoholic drinks, but with advance notice, accommodations can be made for substitute mocktails. You will also be able to order any drink of your liking by starting a bar tab with your server.
Details: Please purchase one ticket per person (must be over 21 years of age) to save your seat. Include the best way to contact you so we can confirm your reservation. Refunds will not be offered with less than 48 hours notice of cancellation. Tickets are limited.
Please arrive to the bar at The Greens prior to 7pm (6:45pm is suggested). Dinner will begin promptly at 7pm. Late arrivals may miss out, please be on time!
