In case you needed another reason to look forward to spring (doubtful, especially this year) we’ve moved our third annual Eat Drink Local Week from September to June. Which means it’s just around the corner, seasonally speaking, and that we need your votes for seven ingredients of the week, one to spotlight each day. Should it be tender spears of the first asparagus? Purple chive blossoms? Curly garlic scapes? Lamb shanks? Strawberry wine?
