Strawberry Moon: Summer Solstice Celebration Dinner

Edible Hudson Valley and Copake Country Club have partnered to bring you Strawberry Moon: Summer Solstice Celebration, a pop up dinner party on Copake’s hilltop, nestled between the Catskills and Berkshires.
Join us for a cocktail hour with hors d’oeuvres at The Greens. Next, you will be driven by golf cart past the course and up to the hilltop for a seated family style, three course dinner and drinks just as the sun is setting on summer solstice. Enjoy live music, performance art, incredible food and drinks, and great conversation with new friends.
Standard ticket ($140 pp) includes all of the above.
VIP ticket ($200 pp) includes all of the above except the VIP cocktail hour will take place on a private boat on Copake Lake with oysters and champagne.
