Les Trois Petits Cochons, or The Three Little Pigs, opened its doors in 1975 and has been providing New Yorkers with paté and charcuterie ever since. They’ve come a long way since their early days in Greenwich Village- now they run a robust wholesale business out of Brooklyn.
