Prospect Restaurant Presents Halloween: Learn How To Butcher a 70lb Tuna and Pig

Channel your inner Michael Myers or Jason – reap the skills and delicious benefits post-butchery.  Just in time for Halloween, Prospect – a Modern New-American restaurant and bar located in Brooklyn’s Fort Greene – will be hosting a cooking class series, kicking off Monday, October 29th with a butchery class. Chef Kyle McClelland will instruct how to break down select meat and fish; highlights include a 70lb tuna and whole pig. Class includes carefully selected wine pairings.

The class will be held on Monday, October 29th, at 7:00pm and is open to 8 people per class. The series will be hosted select Mondays, which will continue through December. The series will continue with fresh pasta making, fall fruit and vegetable pickling, basic and advanced bread baking, and more (price varies per course).
