According to the organizers:
Chef Yo from Pinto Garden and Pinto will teach students the fundamentals of Thai cooking including how to use important herbs and spices, and its regional cooking styles such as Yum (salad), Tom (boiling), Yang (grilling), and Pad (Sautéing).
