Back by popular demand: local NYC cheesemonger, Pam Brewer returns for a cheese-filled pop-up brunch. Pam will guide this three-course-four-dish ticketed brunch (beer/wine/cider available for additional purchase from the bar) with her favorite local, farmstead cheeses sourced from our beloved Saxelby Cheesemongers. Dishes to include:
- *A Cheese Plate of Pam’s favorite local, farmstead cheeses, accompanied by homemade jam and pickles.
- *Butternut Squash-Manchego Tart: Roasted butternut squash and aged Manchego cheese, suspended in savory egg custard and buttery short crust.
- *Market Salad with Crispy Bacon: Mixed greens with farmer’s market finds and caramelized shallot vinaigrette. Topped with smoked bacon.
- *Ricotta Apple Cake: The perfect not-too-sweet dessert to finish a cheese-inspired meal.
