Join Oceana’s Executive Chef, Bill Telepan, for a Saturday morning excursion to New York’s beloved Union Square Greenmarket, followed by an interactive cooking class and lunch at Oceana. Chef Telepan will begin the morning by introducing the group to the vendors he relies on each week to supply ingredients to the restaurant. After teaching guests all of his tips and tricks, Chef will take the group back to Oceana for an interactive cooking class where each attendee will get the chance to try their skills in a renowned kitchen. After preparing dishes made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients, guests will gather in Oceana’s Wine Room to enjoy the fruits of their labor.
