Being gluten free is not just about substituting in different flours for wheat nor is it just a trend. In this class we will explore the history of savory and sweet decadences that have been and will always be, naturally gluten free! Using the leavening power of whipped eggs we will traverse sweet and savory souffles, meringues and craft up some sweet and savory snacks. No wheat? No problem, not when you master making these classic and impressive delicacies. Class treats will be served with an acidic seasonal salad to round out this experience. (This class is not vegan)
