Calling all Gnocchi Enthusiasts! Wondering how to make those delicious pillows of heaven by hand? Chef Michele Iuliano wants to share his secrets with you!
Michele is opening Gnoccheria’s doors to an intimate group of culinary explorers, taking you on the journey from potato to plate.
Each student will get a hands-on experience making pasta dough from scratch, as well as rolling, cutting, and cooking fresh gnocchi!
Chef Michele will explain the technical aspects of homemade gnocchi preparation, including the preparation of our Gnocchi Sorrentina, as well as our seasonal Pumpkin Gnocchi!
ENDLESS COMPLIMENTARY WINE will flow for the duration of the class, and of course a feast of your homemade Gnocchi at the end! Cold antipasto will also be served to kick things off.
