Cathy Erway, author of The Art of Eating In and Not Eating Out in New York and Meet and Eat’s Risotto Champion Noah Berland present a four course family style fundraiser dinner to benefit the Local Roots CSA. All ingredients in the dinner will be sourced from the local farmers that are participating in the Local Roots CSA. The menu, found here, consists of duck pate, a spring salad, bean cassoulet, Bavarian cassoulet, and home made sorbet. Tickets are $25-30 based on a sliding scale – %100 of the proceeds will go to helping the Local Roots CSA in their first year. Tickets can be purchased here.
