Enjoy a night of local butchers and meat molders discussing the craft behind slicing, curing and tying meats. Fleisher’s Grassfed and Organic Meats will show us how to properly tie a roast, Brooklyn Cured will demonstrate how to stuff a sausage, and finally, Marlow and Daughters will cap off the evening.
