Roll, cut, crimp, decorate, whip, candy and bake your way through an array of cookies and confections. We will touch on some classics, holiday favorites and move across a world of textures in this class. From chewy gingerbread cookies, to light as a feather meringues, soft and rich truffles, and the ultimate candy coated popcorn. We will cover the basics of where cookie meets sugar, scale up our production and send folks off with an array of cookies and hopefully a few new tricks to roll through the holiday season of parties and presents with a repertoire of treats fit for any occasion.
