Caribbean food is often thought of as rustic and unrefined, but sisters Michelle and Suzanne Rousseau process that Caribbean food can be vibrant, diverse, and nourishing cuisine. Join them, as they discuss their new cookbook Provisions: The Roots of Caribbean Cooking which includes 150 vegetarian recipes that pay homage to the meals and market produce that have been farmed, sold, and prepared by Caribbean people—particularly the women—for centuries. Includes a tasting.
