According to the organizers:
Ben Conniff of Luke’s Lobster will celebrate his [redacted] birthday by preparing a four course dinner, featuring the North Atlantic seafood he grew up with in an array international styles.
The dishes pay homage to immigrant cooks from Cambodia to Cuba who have built America’s palate and culture, dish by dish. 100% of ticket sales will be donated to the American Civil Liberties Union to protect the rights of immigrants and refugees.
Featuring donations from Luke’s Lobster, Maine Dayboat Scallops, Bangs Island Mussels, Baldor Specialty Foods, and Sir Kensington’s.
