Cherry blossoms or “Sakura” represent the beginning of Spring. To celebrate EN Japanese Brasserie will be decorated with hundreds of cherry blossoms and will be offering a Sakura Kaiseki. All the dishes will be made from either the blossoms, the leaves or the bark of the cherry blossoms (from smoked sashimi – cold smoked with cherry wood to sumiso foie gras daikon – grilled sumiso foie gras over a steamed daikon in a sumiso sauce to an ago sakura somen – wild sea eel over thin cherry blossom noodles).
