Join the Horticultural Society of New York as we host a culinary workshop series that celebrates the postcolonial nations of the Caribbean and India. This will not be your typical anglo-american holiday cooking class with turkey and stuffing! Instead, we will be exploring flavors and dishes that make up the rich tapestry of holiday traditions in NYC. All of the recipes will be plant-based, nutrient-dense, and culturally appropriate.
