A delicious evening with 100 of NYC’s most beloved chefs to celebrate Anne’s life and raise money for the Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund.

The Anne Saxelby Legacy Fund (ASLF), a 501c3 non profit, was founded after the passing of Anne Saxelby, the great cheesemonger who is credited with launching the artisan cheese movement in the United States. ASLF provides monthlong apprenticeships for young adults to live on sustainable farms — to work, learn, and be inspired to create change in their communities. Each apprentice is fully paid including salary, travel, room, board and all other expenses. Over 100 apprentices have traveled by the end of the summer, and in the coming years, we hope to send 1000’s more. This event is our most important fundraising opportunity of the year so we hope you and your friends can all come!
The evening will include:
• Roam Chelsea Market, closed especially for the event, while enjoying over 100 bites of exceptional food from the hands of the chefs themselves, craft cocktails, wine and beer.
• Silent Auction and Raffle
• Celebration of 2023 class of ASLF Apprentices
