New York City is no stranger to artisanal foods. We’ve got fancy jam, fancy mayonnaise, fancy pickles, fancy peanut butter…and now, fancy ketchup, too. Move over Heinz; this stuff–a splendid sauce made with vine-ripened pear tomatoes, agave, honey and cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, coriander, lime juice, allspice and real onions–is the real deal.
