New York City is no stranger to artisanal foods.  We’ve got fancy jam, fancy mayonnaise, fancy pickles, fancy peanut butter…and now, fancy ketchup, too.  Move over Heinz; this stuff–a splendid sauce made with vine-ripened pear tomatoes, agave, honey and cane sugar, apple cider vinegar, coriander, lime juice, allspice and real onions–is the real deal.  Read the story for more on Sir Kensington and his fancy ketchup here.
