Warwick makes an array of wines and ciders, but we can't get enough of their line of fruit brandies and liqueurs.  At this year's Good Spirits event, Fort Defiance owner St. John Frizell whipped up a refreshing Warwick Bramble using blackberries, gin, lemon, and American Fruits Black Currant Cordial.  He later told Edible East End, "American Fruits Black Currant Cordial is better than any creme de cassis I've ever had." --Amber Benham
