The farm-to-table philosophy at Tavern is based on the belief that a great meal starts with great ingredients. Executive chef Jason Wood sources the best local ingredients for his dishes from neighboring farms such as Glynwood, Blooming Hill and Garrison, the two-acre farm located on the Highland’s sister property. Open to the public for lunch and dinner, Tuesday–Sunday.
