The view doesn't get more spectacular than it does at this restaurant, with it's glass-enclosed dining areas overlooking the Long Island Sound on the North Fork of Long Island.  Soundview Restaurant serves up dishes using locally grown produce and fresh seafood from the Long Island Sound, Peconic Bay and Atlantic Ocean.

Spinach Salad

Local Sang Lee spinach tossed with a warm strawberry rhubarb dressing, topped with crumbled bacon, local strawberries and Catapano Farms goat cheese

Black Sea Bass

Caught fresh today from that beautiful body of water which serves as your view! Pan seared to perfection and complimented by a citrus dill compound butter, accompanied by blended rice ad sautéed spinach

Bluefish

Caught today by a local fisherman in Plum Gut, oven baked, topped with sliced tomato, onion and fresh basil, drizzled with olive oil, plated with blended rice and string bean sauté
