Founded 1973, the Park Slope Food Coop is the largest wholly member-owned and operated food coop in the country. New member orientations are held roughly four times per week, and new members are always welcome. In exchange for 23/4 hours of work every four weeks, you can save up to 20–40% off your grocery bill. The result is great food at low prices for working members.
