Lucy's Whey, a cheeseshop born on the East End of Long Island, now has
an outpost in the Chelsea Market.  The tiny shop's cheesemongers are
passionate about promoting American cheese, but not that yellow
processed stuff!  Their selection showcases artisanal farmstead cheeses
from around the United States, shipped direct to Lucy's from California
