The Edible Guide
Hecho en Dumbo
354 Bowery New York NY 10012
Category: Restaurant
Originally located in Dumbo, the restaurant has recently moved in to a new Bowery location. With a menu of antojitos, or "little cravings", sopes, tacos, and burritas, Chef Danny Mena delivers Mexico City-style food to New York City. A cocktail list utilizing traditional Mexican ingredients, like a Jamaica Margarita, and a list of non-alcoholic aqua frescas, rounds out the authentic Mexican menu. Open for brunch everyday until 4 pm, Hecho en Dumbo is open for dinner 7 days a week, and even until 2 am on Fridays and Saturdays.
