Broccoli Rabe sautéed with garlic, shallot, chilli falke and finished with lemon, $12

Sugar Snap Peas glazed in chicken stock and butter.  Tossed in fin herbs and finished with freshly grated horseradish, $12

Kale sautéed in garlic and lardo.  Finished with apple cider vinegar, $12

Baby beet salad, served on top of beet purée and garnished with tarragon, $14
