Located in the historic Hudson Valley, Adair is dedicated to creating the highest quality, award-winning wines. All of their wines are produced from their own estate-grown grapes, supplemented by other grapes grown at farms just miles from the winery. All wines are produced in their own 200-year-old Historic Dutch Barn. Visitors can enjoy wandering around the fields and through the vineyards, as well as other special events throughout the year.  (Open May - August; Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11am - 6pm, September - October; Daily 11am - 6pm, November - Mid-December; Friday, Saturday, Sunday 11am - 6pm)
