Celebrate the longest day of the year with impromptu stages for over 1,000 free(!!!) concerts throughout the five boroughs. Be sure to make a stop on Sullivan Street as the sidewalk outside of Peanut Butter & Co. Sandwich Shop transforms into a stage. From 11:30am-1pm, The Fuzzy Lemons take the stage for some family friendly tunes. Next up, A Band Called Honalee will delight with songs by Bob Dylan, The Weavers and more, until 2:30 pm. Colin Steel & Aleksandra Dubov will follow at 3pm with original material and a little bit of June and Johnny Cash. The Kites of Saturn, an electric chamber jazz quartet, will close the show at 4:15. Peanut butter and music, what could be better?
