Philip Ross, creator of the San Francisco based CRITTER Salon, will lead this four course pairing of edible insects and fine alcohols. The dinner will include pairings such as: Wax Moth Larvae ceviche and Brooklyn Lager, and Grass Hoppers with San Honesto Mezcal. This presentation of the breathe of epicurean possibilities with entemophagy is in partnership the neighboring show WURMHAUS by artist Monica Martinez at Eyelevel BQE Gallery.
