Our friends at CITY GRIT Culinary Salon are celebrating Eat Drink Local Week with a five-course feast, highlighting some of the Featured Ingredients of EDLW – porgy, fava beans, radishes, eggs, spinach, and goat – cheese, milk and meat – each course paired with a local New York Rosé from wineries such as Wölffer, Sheldrake Point and Tousey.
