Hosted by Brooklyn Brewery and culinary powerhouses Garrett Olivier and Chef Saul Bolton, The Vanderbilt has created a menu of 4 Belgian themed dishes to pair with 5 Brooklyn Brewery beers.  This is the Prospect Heights restaurant’s third run in their popular series of beer dinner prix fixe menus following those with Sixpoint and Dogfish Head.  The evening’s menu can be found here.
