Lecture and Tasting, $40

Take a fascinating look into the world of Chinese dumplings as we pair them with some of New York’s finest local brews from Southampton Publick House and Kelso of Brooklyn. Join us for a spectacular evening and celebrate this inspired union of our favorite dumplings and artisanal beers. Presented by Edible Manhattan in conjunction with “Good Beer Month” in NYC.

On the Menu: Local, artisanal beer samples paired with 6 dumpling selections: Vegetable Potstickers; Small Mushroom Buns; Wontons in Red Chili Oil; Translucent Shrimp Dumplings; Leaf-Wrapped Rice Packages Stuffed with Chicken and Bamboo Shoots; Peanut-Coconut Rice Dumplings.
