Amali Restaurant and its partner, Organic Wine Journal will present the first of their Sustainable Wine Maker’s Dinner Series featuring the The Sustainable Wineries of Long Island: Paumanok, Raphael and Bedell Vineyards.
Amali is a Mediterranean restaurant dedicated to supporting responsible farming, viniculture and green design.
In January, Amali partnered with the Organic Wine Journal to promote awareness of the importance of sustainable winemaking practices by organizing a monthly dinner series focused on sustainable wineries. We require that the winery be able to demonstrate a commitment to sustainable, organic, biodynamic or vin natural practices and that the actual winemakers themselves will be present at each dinner.
