Wondering what all the buzz is about? On September 15th, Brooklyn Grange Farm and Rockaway Beach Club Concessions will bring you New York’s second annual Honey Fest! Come out and show your support for beekeeping in NYC. This year we’re coming out stinging with expert bee workshops, demos, film screenings, bands, art, food, and more!
Vendors of all stripes will be sampling their goods, from sweet honey to delicious treats and bee inspired gear.
Check out the beer tents featuring honey beer and learn how to brew your own beer at home! Dance to live bands and skate the mini-half, or bring your kids along for face painting and a scavenger hunt! And don’t forget your costume. You can’t miss the demonstration hive where you can get up close and personal to the inner workings of the hive and learn how to extract honey! Participate in the honey-tasting contest and the Honey Fest raffle to win cool prizes from Brushy Mountain, Honeydrop and more. Bee-lieve us it will be a day to remember!
